Custom Builder Program

We pride ourselves in adding value to our custom-builder partners. We accomplish this by helping in two main areas: sales & client management. Using our co-founders 15 years of experience in the marketing world we help our partners update and streamline their marketing. We take what is working and build off it, re-design of web sites with SEO and re-capture built-in, targeted social media and web campaigns, google analytics combined with google ads/video/search words.

Our client management services utilize our Concierge Design and Build Program. Every potential client is qualified and walked through the first 90 days of the build process with one of our reps. Before we hand off clients to our partners they have architecture completed, all selections for appliances/flooring/windows/tile/lighting completed, actual house budget approved and closed on their construction loan. We remove the highest risk and most time-consuming period for our builder partners but more importantly by completing all selections ahead of construction loan we improve the client experience. No longer are clients pushing your estimated budget down prior to loan and then stressing about fitting what they want inside of that constrained budget during selections. We allow our builder partners to do what they do best, build beautiful homes!
